Reshaped the credential and integration surface into two resource groups that mirror the API. rush providers (add/list/remove/default) is the model- provider credential pool (/me/agent-accounts); rush connections (add/list/remove) is external-service integrations (GitHub today). providers add and connections add prompt for what you omit in a terminal and take flags/positionals when scripted.
Verbs are full words with a shared alias library: remove (alias rm), list (alias ls), create (alias new). agents rm/agents new are now agents remove/agents create with the old spellings kept as aliases.
rush ps is now rush runs (the run list, consistent with rush agents), with ps and ls as aliases.
rush open <run> takes what to open as a positional: rush open <run> pr opens the pull request (console is the default). The hardcoded --pr flag is gone.

rush connect, rush disconnect, and the top-level rush accounts — replaced by rush providers and rush connections. Deleted spellings fail as unknown commands; nothing is silently remapped.

Checksums are published for the current latest release. Verify older binaries against rush --version after install.
