Removed

  • rush meta (and rush meta commands) is gone (PHNX-3839). It was a hidden introspection command that printed a JSON manifest of the command tree; it is not a user surface. rush meta commands now fails with cobra's unknown command "meta" for "rush" and a non-zero exit, and rush --help no longer advertises it. The manifest still exists for the build: scripts/gen-command-reference.ts reads it via go run ./cmd/cmdmanifest (a build-time-only program printing internal/cli.CommandManifest()), so the command-reference page renders the same tree, flags, annotations, hidden commands, and registration audit as before, minus the two meta entries. install.sh / release.sh still stamp the page with the version and commit they built.
  • run and install are hidden from rush --help. Both remain registered and invokable by name because a Factory pod execs rush install <ref> --yes and then rush run to start a registry agent; they are hidden for the same reason serve and tool are: no customer runs an agent locally.

Changed

  • Saved cloud agents live under one noun, rush agents (PHNX-4035). rush agents create | list | view | edit | archive replaces the top-level create and profile commands that 0.2.46 shipped for the same object, and rush cloud run --profile <handle> is now rush cloud run --agent <handle>. The positional in rush cloud run [HARNESS] [OWNER/REPO] is labelled HARNESS so the flag and the positional no longer share a word. The API and its profile_id payload are unchanged.

  • rush --help describes the cloud client. The header no longer calls the CLI "the agent execution engine used by Rush App" or advertises rushx; the examples are login, cloud run, agents create, sessions list, and http.

  • rush cloud run names a harness developer/application, with the short name as its shortcut (PHNX-4015). anthropic/claude-code, openai/codex, and opencode/opencode are accepted alongside claude, codex, and opencode, and every spelling dispatches the bare short ref — the pod runs the native binary at the image's baked default, or at the version pinned with @<version> (claude@2.1.263, anthropic/claude-code@2.1.263). An unpinned claude/codex no longer routes through the prix/claude-code / prix/codex-cli registry wrappers (which ran rush install; rush run inside the sandbox before the real binary); those names are deprecated aliases that still dispatch but print warning: 'prix/claude-code' is deprecated; use 'claude' (anthropic/claude-code). --workflow still sends prix/claude-code. The interactive agent picker offers claude, codex, opencode.

  • The dispatch says which harness build will run and the finished run says which ran (PHNX-4015). Under the Execution: line: harness claude (baked default; pin with claude@<version>) or harness claude@2.1.263 (pinned). Under Agent finished: harness claude 2.1.263, read from the run detail; nothing is printed when the detail is unavailable.
